Clean, good reception staff and manager....
Beds and pillows were ridiculously hard and uncomfortable! Male hotel staff are too forward in asking English women to join them....for drinks, massages etc!!

Food was good and definitely worth spending the extra for half board. Good location for family retreat but not for friends fun.
Language barrier is a big minus: Italian is a must for residents, as English lead to many misinterpretations. Cannigione is a small very quiet town, with no cash ATM (!) and you need a car to discover the region.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location was great. The hotel manager and reception staff were amazing. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The lifeguard was charming and attentive. The hotel had a spa. The breakfast was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We also loved that there was a cafe opposite the hotel that turned into a club on Friday nights, providing some lively entertainment. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was perfect. We really appreciated the excellent service.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
